Miner’s Brunton compass is a heavy solid brass reproduction of a handheld
European compass used in coal mines and for surveying purposes. The front sight
folds up and the window in the lid serves as a rear sight. The compass has a needle

This is a solid brass reproduction of antique compass used for knowing the time
in the ancient period. It works only in day time according to the movement of
the sun. Pull and erect the lever vertically and set compass to north. When the
shadow of the lever falls on the dial of the compass it tells the approx time.
